Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries related to moving in new tenants. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide exceptional service, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition for new tenants. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and new tenants, providing assistance with inquiries related to the move-in process.
  • Offer detailed information on procedures, policies, and requirements for new tenants.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies, processes, and any changes related to tenant onboarding.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
