3rd Party Debt Collections Agent

Ideal applicants will have a serious, energetic, motivated and driven personality. Prior call center/phone experience is required, and any previous debt collections, customer service, sales and/or negotiating skills is a plus. If you're coach-able and willing to learn, we can provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to be successful!

The available shift is Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.

Position Details may include:

• Outbound dialing for Right Party Contact
• Resolving past-due balances with consumers.
• Providing quality customer service
• Educating clients on the resolution process and re-payment options
• Follow all company policies/procedures and maintains compliance with all regulations.
