Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Referring issues to the support team where necessary
Working effectively with a team to achieve goals.
Collecting/ negotiating on outstanding debts and updating account information
Maintaining a positive attitude and calmly responding to customers' complaints.
Troubleshooting issues to find appropriate solutions.
Listening and responding to customers' concerns, issues, and questions.
