The Culture Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission.

CULTURE MANAGER

(Permanent)

Location: Arima

Sector: Retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a culture strategy aligned with the organization's vision and values while collaborating with leadership on business objectives
  • Create and facilitate programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including team-building activities and community initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication of cultural values and act as a liaison between employees and leadership on cultural matters
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to assess cultural health and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and deliver training programs promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion while supporting leadership in integrating cultural values into management practices
  • Enhance the onboarding process to help new hires understand and embrace company culture, providing ongoing support for cultural integration
  • Regularly assess organizational culture through surveys and focus groups, preparing reports for leadership on culture metrics and improvement recommendations

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or culture management
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR tools and technology
