PRICESMART INC. is an international operator of the Membership Warehouse Club. Our Jamaican Clubs are inviting applications from suitable qualified persons for the following position:

Country Manager, Online Sales -Click & Go

Main Job Responsibilities

• Standardization of Click & Go procedures in the Country and stay abreast of all updates
• Monitoring and control of online sales plan for the country.
• Ensure the Implementation of updates, releases and programs associated with the online sales channel.
• Operation of DOMO System as a reporting tool
• Management of club visits and reports required direct and indirect reports
• Constant verification of PriceSmart.com webpage to guarantee that merchandise information is updated such as descriptions, prices, and other option offerings.
• Report and follow up on member’s orders, and issues such as money withholding, problems with COMS system, and keeping track of weekly error reports.
• Verify that the entire delivery process is correctly carried out on all platforms and service vendors (Uber, Rex Cargo and others).

 Experience/Educational Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, preferrable in a retail environment
• Working knowledge of Window operating System and AS400 System
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude towards excellent service
