Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic action plans to identify growth opportunities based on end users' needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise resellers and end-user clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and channel partners to create and execute sales strategies, closing business opportunities effectively.
• Support and mentor internal staff within the Enterprise business unit, while managing relationships and training initiatives with enterprise resellers.
• Analyze sales reports and business pipelines to identify gaps and exceed performance indicators.
• Actively participate in vendor engagements and pricing strategy discussions to drive market share growth.

Education, Experience, Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business.
• Proven track record in business development, ideally within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, with established relationships in the sector.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while delivering results.
• Self-driven with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
