Cost Control Analyst

PURPOSES

• Compliance with the processes and standards established by the company.
• Prepare the monthly cost management reports for the hotel and cost centers involved in operations.
• Manage and review the daily food and beverage cost report.
• Control and manage the property’s assets.
• Fuel control.
• Warehouse control to ensure procedures are being followed.
• Supervise the merchandise receiving area.
• Verify inventory rotation.
• Review and analyze physical warehouse inventories, as well as reconcile warehouses.
• Verify compliance with the procedures for material entries and exits from the warehouse, according to company-designated procedures.
• Prepare and manage the required cost reports for area control.
• Coordinate and prepare schedules for monthly closing inventories.
• Control the costs involved in the company’s operations.
• Participate in department training sessions.
• Perform other related and complimentary tasks related to the position and the overall objectives of the organization.
