Job Title: Content and Creative Manager

 

 

Primary Objectives of the job:  

The Marketing Content and Creative Manager will define the strategy to deliver the business goals. This would be executed through clear, measurable and engaging visual and or audio execution methods. These campaigns with be focused on a key set of KPI’s. Revenue growth and churn reduction. 

 

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  

Content Strategy & Development: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals. 

  • Plan, create, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content. 

  • Optimize content for SEO, brand consistency, and audience engagement. Write and deliver agency briefs. 

 

Creative Direction & Brand Management: 

  • Oversee the development of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and multimedia content. 

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging. 

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce compelling visual and written content. 

 

Campaign Management & Performance Analysis: 

  • Lead creative ideation for marketing campaigns and product launches. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing goals. 

  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize impact. 

 

Social Media & Digital Presence: 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness. 

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to each platform. 

  • Monitor trends and engagement metrics to optimize content performance. 

 

Collaboration & Leadership: 

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content that supports business objectives. 

  • Manage a team of content creators, designers, and agencies as needed. 

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices. 

 

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / MBA would be an asset
  • 3-5 years' experience at a management level in an a consumer focused enterprise
  • Experience of the full marketing mix is essential
