  • Act as the data subject matter expert for the team, including responsibilities for tool introductions, dashboard reviews, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Build a thorough understanding of various and often complex systems and data elements to create, support, and enhance both scheduled and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data sets, ensuring data, reports, and analysis are consistent, accurate, and complete.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within executed tasks, processes, and projects that contribute to the improved efficiency and effectiveness of the workgroup.
  • Design data modeling, Power BI visualizations, and contractual research, and present insightful data to facilitate pricing coaching sessions for senior partners.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational and management reporting, data preparation, contractual negotiations, business intelligence, dashboarding, and ad hoc analytics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and the ability to create visually appealing, informative dashboards that effectively communicate data insights is required.
  • Intermediate skills in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX, and the development of visualizations and dashboards are preferred.
  • Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
  • Strong negotiation skills and influence.
