The Colour Shop Attendant is responsible for servicing key accounts and customers daily by providing administrative and sales support to the Colour Shop Painters’ Studio as required.
Drives and generates sales at any assigned Colour Shop location, by providing accurate product information and advice to customers across channels, via telephone, in-person, and electronic communication.
Receives, processes and tints customer Orders in ERP and Innovatint systems.
Captures and records all mis-tints via movement journal entry and mistint spreadsheet.
Ensures proper accounting of sales and cash (Reconciliations, closing of statements).
Provides after-sales service to new and existing Color Shop customers, including but not limited to related OTIF activities.
Assists with Inventory Management by participating in scheduled cycle counts and stock takes.
Monitors and replenishes Colour Shop stock to ensure product availability for business continuity.
Monitors Point-of-Sale materials, ensuring that they are neatly displayed and available for consumer use.
