Are you skilled in managing debt collections while delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Collections/Credit Officer who will play a key role in ensuring timely debt recovery and maintaining our company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and debtors to resolve outstanding accounts.
• Issue demand notices and negotiate payment plans.
• Record payments, update account statuses and prepare reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with credit and collections policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in collections or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel expert level
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
