Chief Executive Officer - NCB Capital Markets (Barbados) Limited

Provide leadership to team in driving the company’s bottom-line performance within Barbados & Easter Caribbean markets.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

•	Provide leadership to the team in driving the company’s bottom-line performance within Barbados & Easter Caribbean markets.
•	Grow market share in the corporate finance and wealth management business lines among the Corporate, Institutional and High Net Worth individual client segments.
•	Provide oversight of domestic and offshore portfolios.
•	Represent the parent company’s interest in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
•	Formulate and operationalize strategies and policies for the company.
•	Collaborate with stakeholders and counterparts both within and outside of the NCB Financial Group to achieve the company’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

•      Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounts or any other related discipline.

•	A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a leadership position in a financial institution.
