The candidate must work closely with the Board of Directors, providing overall strategic management and leadership to the Tobago Tourism Agency, including oversight of the Agency’s functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Strategic Direction and Development
• Marketing
• Product Development
• Business Development and Effective Shareholder Relationships
• Financial Management
• Human Resource Management and Administration
• Communications and Public Relations
• Support to the Board of Directors
• Supervision of Management Staff
• General carrying out such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors.
