Chief Engineer

This position is vital tor ensuring that all facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely, which is crucial for the overall success of the company.

Position Responsibilities: 

-Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across company facilities

-Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

-Coordiante and supervise maintenance staff, including, training and development

-Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards

-Manage budgets and resource alllocation for maintenance activities

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance aligns with operational needs

-Identify and implement improvements in mainteannce processes and technologies

-Ensure timely response to all mainteannce requests and issues
