  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, with strong time-management skills needed to handle high call volumes and multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiar with, or willingness to learn how to use a CRM (e.g, HubSpot, Jira, Spectora, ISN, google suite) and comfortable with standard computer skills, such as word processing and composing emails, for managing client interactions and sales processes.

  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Open to ongoing training, receptive to constructive feedback, and eager to expand knowledge of products, processes, and sales strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Responding to Client Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and other communication channels, ensuring a timely and professional response.

  • Product Information: Provide prospects with accurate, current information about the company’s offerings, products, or services, helping them to make informed decisions.

  • Tailored Solutions: Identify and offer solutions that align with clients’ specific needs, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest relevant products and services to maximize value for the potential clients, and to increase revenue for Inspectify.

  • Order Processing: Handle inbound orders efficiently and record all client interaction details in the CRM system for the team's future reference and future reach out..

  • Feedback Loop: Share valuable insights from client interactions with Product, Customer Service, Growth, and Marketing teams to help improve offerings and customer journey.
