CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

The successful applicant will implement and manage all aspects of the firm’s security services. Overseeing physical locations, establishing and enforcing operational procedures. Maintaining technological infrastructure.

Experience and desired skillset: The successful applicant must possess the following:

• Managerial Experience: Three to Five  years or more in a Managerial position overseeing Private/Propriety  Security operations and personnel.
• Security Background: Security or Military background is an asset.
• Leadership Skills: Highly developed leadership abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Kwowledge Of Guyana's Labor Laws: Familiarity with local labor laws is preferred.
• Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of business, auditing and compliance procedures within an the organizational context.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity.  
• Educational Requirements: Certificate or diploma in security management from an accredited institution.
• Legal Knowledge: Understanding of  laws governing the Private Security Industry in Guyana including establishment of Supernumerary Constables.
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid drivers license and access to a reliable working vehicle.
