To manage and promote the B2B Business locally by developing and maintaining business accounts while capitalizing on sales opportunities to meet department monthly sales target.
This position is responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with the sales and membership budget for the Club
Developing secondary city markets
Coordinating with the Buying department the existence of inventories of the best-selling items.
Executing sales strategies and the direction to follow to reach sales goals
Maintaining service standards, visit current and inactive business members to promote volume renewals and sales
Keeping the price information of the competition updated.
Keeping members updated on new products, promotion and prices and propose product promotion programmes for business members
Preparing and supervising the schedules of team members and communicating necessary changes as required
Supervising team and identifying/recommending training needs.
Establishing and meeting sales goals for each period, preparing P&L based on established budget for the department.
Analyzing and resolving complaints from business members.
Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related studies
Minimum three (3) years in a similar position, preferably in the retail environment.
Knowledge of Windows and AS400 operating systems
Ability to communicate well in written and oral formats
