The successful candidate will work with colleagues in the ICT team and business stakeholders to identify, develop and refine appropriate IT solutions that will realise value-adding business opportunities.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining support for key business applications and be required to:

• Work on projects as the technical lead to implement system enhancements, upgrades and new enterprise application solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to increase process efficiency
• Identify issues within existing tools, processes and data sources and develop or recommend solutions to improve integrity, responsiveness and efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in identifying/clarifying system and user acceptance criteria and support user acceptance test planning
• Provide internal customers with assistance regarding incidents and requests for business application support
• Prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, define proposed solutions, propose quick fixes, and develop model business processes
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business processes, system and support
• Assist in data transformations, data migration mappings, and the creation of bulk data upload routines
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related area.
• Certification in Business Analysis would be an asset
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in Business System Analysis
• Proficiency with SQL, Business Intelligence Tools and Web Services
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning Application would be an asset

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related area.
• Certification in Business Analysis would be an asset
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in Business System Analysis
• Proficiency with SQL, Business Intelligence Tools and Web Services
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning Application would be an asset
