CAREER OPPORTUNITY: FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGER

Mount Gay Distilleries Limited, the oldest rum producer in the world, is seeking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its team.

Operating in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be required to:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform financial projections and analysis to provide timely and accurate, relevant, information for insightful decision making.
• Facilitate the continuous process of market, competitor and account analysis to identify key issues and to propose appropriate recommendations.
• Develop product, channel and category P&Ls to be used as a basis for business decisions.
• Develop reporting and analytics to be used to drive investment decisions and to identify and discuss budgets risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end management accounting/reporting process.
• Prepare management reporting for Head Office, Brand Management and Commercial teams.
• Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a business/financial analysis role.
• Must be deadline driven and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and data management skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). SAP would be an asset.
