Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train and motivate a team of hospitality consultants and specialist.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
- Oversee operations including allocations, guest services, quality control and
assessments.
- Overseeing the allocation of tasks to team members and inspecting work afterwards
- Ensuring the facility is cleaned correctly and according to the client’s instructions or
standards
- Conducting regular inspections to determine any unusual or recurring work that needs to
be done
- Setting up meetings and communicating relevant information to the staff
- Directing and scheduling staff in their work assignments
- Ensuring there is safety in the workplace
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Monitoring Company Resources I.e. Supply and office Inventory
- Representing the company at events and workshops
- Evaluate employees’ performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
