In the following capacity:-​

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The incumbent will be expected to efficiently manage the relationship with specific strategic partners ensuring growth of the Direct, Agents and Strategic Partner Channels of the Client & Partner Services portfolio whilst maintaining excellent quality, thereby ensuring the achievement of the company's profitability targets.

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, team-oriented and organized individual with strong communication, decision making, and analytical skills.

 At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

• ACII or its equivalent
• Certified in five (5) classes of Insurance Salesman (Marine not required)
• Five (5) years’ experience in a general insurance environment
• Proficient in underwriting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
• Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.

• Excellent Presentation Skills

• Strong Business Acumen and skills in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Concepts, Tools and or Techniques

• Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines
