Account Executive

Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of Account Executive in the Employee Benefits – Sales & Marketing Department.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and executing strategies to garner new, profitable business and to retain existing business.
• Sell Employee Benefits products and services.
• Develop and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Effectively manage customer service issues and the overall business relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• At least a first degree in Marketing, Management Studies or other related discipline.
• Successful track record in selling Group Life; Group Health and Individual and Group Pension.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiating and networking skills.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid driver’s licence for at least 2 years and a reliable motor car.
• Required to travel islandwide.
