Brand Marketing Supervisor
Reporting to the Shopper Experience Officer (Central & Western), the Brand Marketing Supervisor will be required to assist in planning and execution of channel activities for Grace Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit and train brand promoters, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote our products.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for brand promoters.
· Manage the scheduling of brand promoters for events, ensuring that all executions are staffed appropriately.
· Provide ongoing coaching and support to brand ambassadors to help them improve their performance.
· Monitor sales metrics and report on sales and marketing activities to relevant shopper experience officers.
· Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including; Sales Reps, TDO’s, Regional Sales Managers, Shopper Experience Manager and Officers, Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers
· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
Academic/ Professional Requirements:
· 4 CXC Subjects including Mathematics/ Accounts & English
· 3+ years of experience working in as a brand promoter, sales representative or other relevant experience
· Strong leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze sales data
· Knowledge of the FMCG industry and current market trends is a plus
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
