Brand Development & Public Affairs Manager – Shape Our Voice, Lead Our Narrative

We’re seeking a strategic communicator and bold storyteller to join us as our Brand Development & Public Affairs Manager. In this senior role, you’ll shape how the Chamber is perceived, lead our brand positioning, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders—government, media, business leaders, and advocacy partners.
You’ll manage public relations and thought leadership efforts, support policy messaging, and ensure that the Chamber’s voice is clear, credible, and compelling in every conversation.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage the Chamber’s brand identity and external image.
- Lead public affairs, media relations, and strategic communication.
- Collaborate with the CEO on stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
- Represent the Chamber in external forums, public events, and policy dialogue.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years in brand strategy, public affairs, or communications.
- Strong presence and diplomacy in high-level stakeholder environments.
- Proven writing and messaging skills for diverse audiences and platforms.

Role Summary: Responsible for shaping the Chamber’s public image, influencing external stakeholders, and enhancing the brand’s credibility through strategic communication and advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branding and positioning strategy for the Chamber.
- Manage media relations, PR, and crisis communications.
- Represent the Chamber in public forums, consultations, and strategic alliances.
- Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including government bodies and private sector leaders.
- Collaborate on advocacy messaging, campaigns, and public policy statements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or similar.
- 6+ years in brand development, public affairs, or strategic communications.
- Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
