The incumbent is responsible for supporting the work of the Sales Managers and Commercial teams with administrative functions to enhance the performance of the Division.
To interact and support customers in response to inquiries/requests about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints when providing relief to the CSR’s, Sales Representatives, Depot and Promoter to ensure the effective accomplishment of the department’s objectives.
