Job Summary
The Brand Coordinator - Pharmaceutical is responsible for coordinating with internal and external marketing resources, the sales and logistics teams to ensure that Pharmaceutical Product meets its sales and purchasing targets. This role requires an analytical approach to understand the competitive environment and implement strategies to maintain and grow Pharmaceutical Product market share. The Brand Coordinator will manage and deliver all activities required to boost Pharmaceutical Product sales, working closely with internal resources, managers, and external creative companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal and external marketing resources to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Pharmaceutical Product.
    • Liaise with external creative companies and the internal graphic designer to develop marketing materials.
    • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy and objectives.
  2. Sales and Logistics Support:
    • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure Pharmaceutical Product meets its sales and purchasing targets.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive environment and identify key competitors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow Pharmaceutical Product market share.
    • Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage and deliver all activities required to boost Pharmaceutical Product sales, working in a matrix relationship with internal resources and managers.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
    • Coordinate promotional activities and events for the Pharmaceutical Product brand.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market analysis.
    • Maintain organized documentation of all marketing and promotional activities.
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the vitamin and supplement industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Food Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

  • Sales Growth: Percentage increase in sales of Pharmaceutical Products products.
  • Market Share: Growth in Pharmaceutical Products ’s market share in the Caribbean region.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Success rate of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintenance of optimal inventory levels and stock turnover rates.
  • Project Delivery: Timeliness and quality of project deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from internal and external stakeholders regarding coordination and support.
  • Market Analysis Reports: Frequency and quality of market analysis reports produced.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or promotional events within the Caribbean region.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and support promotional activities.
