Branch Supervisor with Supermarket experience

THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY, AND RESIDENT IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.

POSITION: Branch Supervisor (Supermarket) 

COMPENSATION: $6,500,00 to $7,000.00 per month. 

Hours of Work: Shift basis with 2 off days per week.

Some of duties include:  

- Supervise staff including cashiers

-  Ensure prices are updated and accurate and labels are visible

- Reporting 

- Offer excellent customer services and ensure all employees understand the importance of customer service.

- Oversee the movement of inventory and ensure items available at all times. 

- Oversee all billing issued in accordance with company policy.

- Ensure branch housekeeping always at the highest standard

- All other duties to ensure the all policies and procedures are met.

- Reporting to management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* 5 CXC passes - must include Math & English 

* 5 years of supervisory experience

* Diploma in Business Management/ Supervisory Management
