IMPORTANT MARKETING COMPANY IN KINGSTON IS LOOKING FOR: BILINGUAL TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR (ENGLISH) WITH EXPERIENCE IN MASS CONSUMPTION OR PHARMA CHANNEL

  • Knows in detail the Account Operation Manual, the brand policies (display, expiration dates, rotation, among others) 
  • Defines and manages within the company the availability of resources (human, technical, financial, logistical) required for the fulfillment of the commercial offer. 
  • Analyzes the objectives pursued by the activity and gives instructions to the account staff for the fulfillment of these. 
  • Guarantees the proper use of the client's resources. 
  • Provides support to the field work, through the supervision team, providing feedback on the results and expectations of the service. 
  • Maintains direct and permanent contact with the Client's Account Executives and/or Sales Representatives, to manage strategies, business objectives or policies that directly affect field management 
  • Provides immediate instructions, according to the evolution of the business
  • Knows and manages the budget approved by the client during the negotiation; in order to guarantee Redvolution's good service to the client. 
  • Guarantees the reliability and timeliness of the information required by the different areas of the Company 
  • Accompanies the staff of his work team, seeking their personal, professional and work development. 
  • Monitors the performance of the staff under his/her charge, identifying opportunities for improvement and informing the corresponding authorities of training needs 
  • Supervises that all team members have the necessary elements for the development of their work (equipment, work elements, forms, formats, communications, samples, gifts, POP material, among others), complying with the requirements established by the company for deliveries 
  • Knows and complies with the established procedures and those inherent to the position (Personnel, Logistics, sales and budgets.)
  • Explores new business options within the clients and manages the presentation of service proposals within the company.
