The Country Manager’s Assistant will be responsible for a variety of complex tasks assigned by the Country Manager and will also provide confidential and administrative support to the Country Manager.

About the Role

The Country Manager’s Assistant will be responsible for a variety of complex tasks assigned by the Country Manager and will also provide confidential and administrative support to the Country Manager. Complex tasks will include independent research, analysis and reporting of industry data, completion of customer relationship management plans, set up of a client visit schedule and the completion of meeting templates for presentation to staff and customers.

About Success

  • Executing administrative tasks that include the collection, analyzing and reporting of data
  • Coordinate all meeting templates, agendas, minutes and action items for presentation to staff by the Country Manager.
  • Balancing complex tasks with administrative tasks to support a heavy workload.
  • Dealing with multiple / conflicting priorities, frequently reprioritizing
  • Dealing with difficult or dissatisfied customers in a professional manner.
  • Responding effectively to crisis or emergency situations that require quick judgement and prompt action.

About You

  • 3 years in an administrative position or similar function
  • Experience dealing with executive level personnel internally and externally Experience in working, unsupervised and managing own time.
  • Some knowledge of business analysis, modeling and business case development
  • Knowledge of operational risk management policies, compliance and fraud prevention controls to match the appropriate service to the customer’s need.
