JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager - (Residential Sales) is highly energized and experienced and will be responsible for driving our residential acquisition targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the daily Sales operations having oversight Core Sales teams across the Field Sales and Retail Channels. Oversight of these teams must ensure they exceed subscriber and revenue expectations, while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering service excellence daily in keeping with Amplia Communications Customer Service Philosophy. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques to increase territory penetration including new subscriber acquisition, upselling & cross selling. 
  • Drive and achieve performance targets for all sales teams including subscriber targets, ARPU & revenue targets.
  • Drive sales process adherence, measurement, and performance management across sales teams as well as analyzing in the field data toward new strategies on a continuous basis. 
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and reports. Suggest avenues to expand the profitability by territory, channel, and product. 
  • Generate and utilize reporting to analyze required performance improvement, provide product recommendations and marketing input.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. 
  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. 
  • Evaluate ongoing performance of supervisors and sales agents against key performance indicators and implement corrective action where necessary.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field will be an asset.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales, minimum of 3 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
  • Excellent track record in sales performance and driving high performance team results.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture improved performance across sales.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues and escalations effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid Driver’s permit and access to a vehicle; role will entail driving to various locations across Trinidad & Tobago.
  • Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Available to work routinely beyond normal office hours aligned with sales requirements.
