As the Food & Beverage Operational Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. This includes overseeing the dining areas, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
  • Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean, organized, and meet company standards
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service is provided at all times
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menus and promotions
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the food and beverage department
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff members
