POSITION SUMMARY
Coaching and developing the Sales Executives to continuously improve performance by reinforcing the proper In-Call Execution to exceed targets through superior selling skills and reinforcing 6C selling customer management methodologies to ensure a strong business driven customer relationship. Supporting the full Generating Demand Team by ensuring the execution of Customer Business Plans and all initiatives defined by the Team. Aiding in building strategic key customer execution plans and results of major Customer accounts (supermarket chains, large independent supermarkets/groceries), based on brand and channel plans. Additionally, responsible for the negotiation of yearly trade terms.
