Architectural Designer for new build and renovation construction projects

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative and functional architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and designs for new constructions, renovations, and remodels.

• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life.

• Assist in preparing project presentations, renderings, and design proposals.

• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress.

• Research new design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 4 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
