AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVE – ENGLISH & FRENCH SPEAKING

As an Airport Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, ensuring their experience is seamless from check-in to departure. Your role will involve managing reservations, coordinating transportation, assisting with check-in processes, and providing top-notch customer service. You will play a key part in creating an unforgettable travel experience for every guest.

Requirements/duties of the position include:

• Greeting and assisting passengers upon arrival and departure at the airport.
• Providing clear and accurate information about transportation, hotel accommodation, and other services.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinating with local transportation and travel staff to ensure smooth transfers.
• Assisting with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and other tasks as needed.
• Ensuring that all services provided meet the high standards of the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in an airport or travel-related environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and or French language(s) required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Flexible and available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
