Administrative Coordinator who deals with the Groups renewals and maintain projects.

Job Summary:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's filing system
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Coordinate and communicate with outside vendors and contractors
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage queries, renewals and dialog with all government entities that are associated with the BIOPRIST GROUP (SEZA, Parish Council/Municipal Council, TAJ, ect)
  • File company returns
  • Manage contractors file and financial reports
  • Provide secretarial support to the Chaiman and Chief of Operations
