Administrative Coordinator who deals with the Groups renewals and maintain projects.
Job Summary:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Major Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's filing system
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Coordinate and communicate with outside vendors and contractors
Assist in the preparation of various reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage queries, renewals and dialog with all government entities that are associated with the BIOPRIST GROUP (SEZA, Parish Council/Municipal Council, TAJ, ect)
File company returns
Manage contractors file and financial reports
Provide secretarial support to the Chaiman and Chief of Operations
