STEWARD

Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage area at all times, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized, utensils and Chinas are cleaned and properly stored.  Floors are clean and free of water, the necessary slippery when wet signs are displayed where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:  

• High/Secondary School Graduate.
• Certification from HEART/National Training Institution.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in the related field.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment.
• Set up and decorate buffet station.
• Clean floors, walls, tables, and sinks.
• Clean and store all china.
