Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Manage the CMO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage verbal and written correspondence on behalf of the CMO.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare and edit documents, letters, contracts, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain Business Unit databases and google sheets.
- Assist in the development of SOPs.
- Update and maintain departmental training records, vacation, absenteeism, leave records and tardiness logs.
- Plan and organize department employee training, team building and recognition events.
Report Preparation: - Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
- Compile and analyse data from various sources to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department (Balanced Score Cards).
Market Trend Analysis: - Conduct research on market and new product trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide New Product Development support to the team.
- Summarize findings in reports and presentations for the CMO and sales & marketing teams.
- Assist in the identification of new market opportunities and potential growth areas.
Communication & Coordination: - Serve as the liaison between the CMO and other departments, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Support the planning and execution of Sales & Marketing campaigns, Team Development activities and Special Events.
Project Support: - Assist with special projects as assigned by the CMO, including market research, campaign planning, and sales initiatives.
- Provide support in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
Other - Immediately report any non-conformances to the CMO.
- Conforms to all established departmental & company policies, procedures & objectives, fulfils the requirements of CGA Ltd.’s SQF Program including but not limited to GMPs, PPE, HACCP, food safety & HSE site protocols.
- Undergo any job-related training required by the company.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as required by the CMO.
