Key Responsibilities 

 

Provide secretarial and administrative support to all areas of company.

    1. Assisting with the preparation of agendas for taking minutes of board, committee and general meetings or workshops.
    2. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and reporting.
    3. Maintain the electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    4. Maintain a system to ensure adequate supply, storage and distribution of stationery supplies and oversees maintenance of equipment.
    5. Assist with logistical arrangement for meetings, travel and events.
    6. Assist team with the updating of the website and social media campaign.
    7. Manage bearer related activities to ensure efficient and timely collection and disbursement of correspondence, parcels, etc.
