Administrative Assistant

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical files in an efficient manner
  • Convert physical documents into digital files
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records
  • Assist in data entry and information management tasks
  • Maintain Company Files and other relevant files/documents 
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 5 CXC’s including Mathematics and English Language

  • 1-3 years experience in office administration and customer service 

  • Certification/Diploma in office administration would be an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience in the medical field would be an asset

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset


Special Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts and weekends.
