Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as reports and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
  • Arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events and company activities.

Data Management and Research:

  • Conduct research on various topics and prepare concise reports.
  • Accurately enter data into systems and maintain records.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Social Media Support:

  • Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to messages, and conducting basic content research.

Office Organization:

  • Order and manage office supplies when required.
  • Ensure an organized and efficient virtual workspace.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Education: Associate Degree in Administrative Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online collaboration tools.
  • Competencies:
    • Exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
