JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our HR and Recruiting Departments, who will assist with the full-cycle recruiting experience and provide general HR administrative support.
SPECIFIC DUTIES::
- Provide general HR administrative support.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, referrals, social media, etc.
- Screens and recommends candidates for various positions and schedule prospects for interview on a daily basis or when otherwise requested.
- Update and maintain various logs in order to track applicants processed.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Assist with the creation of files for new hires and files documents for both new and existing employees.
- Assist with the tracking and collection of outstanding documents to be submitted by new hires.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Assist with the creation of adverts in digital and print media.
- Prepare job letters.
- Liaise with external partners via telephone and email to ensure successful and timely completion of pre-employment processes such as; reference checks and police records fingerprinting.
- Greet visitors, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information needed.
- Assist with new hire on-boarding process and support the team in ensuring the completion of various on-boarding tasks.
- Liaise with Human Resources and other departments when required during the recruiting and on-boarding process.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Application Tracking System and the Human Resource Information System.
- Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, collating and fax.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC Based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including proper grammar.
- Good time management skills

- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments

EDUCATION:

RECRUITER (TEMPORARY)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates. The incumbent will also be required to carry out other Human Resources functions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including databases, social media, networking, etc
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet our standards
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Create adverts in digital and print media.
- Liaise with external partners via telephone and email to ensure successful and timely completion of pre-employment processes such as; reference checks and police records (fingerprinting)
- Spearhead new hire onboarding sessions
- Liaise with Human Resources and other departments when required during the recruiting and onboarding process
- Assist with the maintenance of the Application Tracking System
- Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates for current and future hiring.
- Performs other duties as assigned
