To provide administrative and clerical services to ensure the efficient operation of the accounts department

The ideal candidate will be required to:

- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices to facilitate payments on due dates
- Participate in general ledger closing activities necessary to provide management with monthly financial information.
- Maintain filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of approved invoices, to assist with the auditing of the accounting system and provide details for reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Qualifications/Experience:

-          Tertiary level qualification

-          A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

-          Excellent analytical skills

-          Excellent time-management skills

-          Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

-          Knowledge of and experience working with QuickBooks

-          Ability to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external customers
