The Accounts Receivables & Payables Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial transactions related to incoming and outgoing payments.

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Accounts Receivables & Payables Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial transactions related to incoming and outgoing payments. This role involves managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The manager will develop and implement effective credit control policies, monitor accounts for discrepancies, and work closely with other departments to resolve any issues related to billing and payments.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE … 

  • Managing the day to day operations of the Accounts Receivable and Payables keeping in line with the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining the Accounts Receivable and Payables systems and procedures in accordance with the Company’s policy.
  • Controlling overdue and DSO in order to avoid having any financial impact in the organization.
  • Managing payments to suppliers in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Defining and controlling the payment terms of suppliers and customers.
  • Forecasting and tracking the cash flow of the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

 

  • First degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • 2 years of experience supervising people with proven ability to successfully lead and develop a team.
  • Process and Results Oriented.
  • Strong compliance and commercial capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
