The incumbent supports the institution's goals by effectively marketing and selling its services, program and solutions to potential clients. The key responsibilities and expectations of this role focusses on sales generation, relationship management. market analysis and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the institute's security and public safety training programs, certifications, and consulting services to potential clients, including individuals, businesses, government agencies, law enforcement, and security professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their security challenges and promote the appropriate services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Create quotations, invoices, prepare and present proposals inclusive of customized training proposals that align with the clients need.
  • Maintain database of clients and provide weekly reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the institute's growth and financial success.
  • Collaborate with business development and operations teams to create promotional strategies and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Perform other related duties as may be required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably within education sector or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of security and public safety issues and solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
