ADMINISTRATIVE AND HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR -MASS CONSUMPTION - RETAIL (Bilingual)
Position role: Ensure the optimal functioning of all areas, responsible for compliance and correct use of processes, of all areas of the company in its country (administrative, accounting, HR, Operations, among others), as well as buying and sales, Merchants, etc.
Core functions:
· Ensure the proper compliance and functionality of each department and employee of the company.
· Plan and organize the actions and tasks of the work team under his/her charge.
· Coordinate daily, weekly or monthly meetings with the different areas of the country.
· Ensure the accomplishment of targets set in the strategic planning, as well as ensure the fulfilment of the objectives of the sales team, constantly monitoring and supporting the management team.
· Align with the policies, values, pillars and procedures of the company, seeking the best way to transmit them to all personnel linked to the company.
· Supervise and know perfectly the tasks that his/her supervisors and field personnel perform daily, ensuring teamwork. Organize periodic and corrective meetings.
· Coordinate and respond for the preparation and delivery in chronological order of accounting documents (payment vouchers, invoices from suppliers and clients, etc.)
· Ensure sufficient funds to cover payroll payments and economic and financial commitments that are in place for the optimal functioning and operation of the office in the country, including payment of suppliers and other obligations.
· Coordinate and be responsible for the execution, planning, and organization of the company's projects, whether commercial or administrative.
· Participate in management and regional meetings.
· Ensure that each department (Administrative, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Merchandising), for the execution of a project or service works within the times, processes and compliance with the norms and procedures of the client and the company.
Requirements:
· Completed university (administrative, accounting or human resources careers)
· Minimum of one year experience as administrative assistant in related areas, HR analyst - administrative.
