ACCOUNTING CLERK
Title: Accounts Clerk
Reports to: Administrator
General Duties: Responsible for Accounting Clerical duties of the institution
Specific Duties:
a. Prepare invoices for suppliers as needed
(a) distributing regular information reports
(b) distributing new employee's welcome package
( c) Corresponding to donors by letters or email.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Graduate 4 G.C.E O'Levels/CXC inclusive of Mathematics and Principles of Accounts.
Previous Experience:
One to two years book-keeping experience
