CaribbeanJobs.com teams up with UWI–Caricom
As the number one recruitment website in the Caribbean, CaribbeanJobs.com continually seeks to provide a forum where both the jobseeker and the recruiter can meet and obtain mutual benefit.
Today’s dynamic and ever changing environment, has left the employment market a volatile place. Informative articles on Caribbean regional development and initiatives, aimed at educating the Caribbean national, can help individual recruiters and jobseekers make informed choices in manpower and recruitment and career planning.
It is with this in mind that Caribbeanjobs.com has partnered with the UWI – Caricom project to share information and resources, so that the public may have access to up to date information on issues affecting Caribbean human capital.
The UWI-CARICOM Project
The UWI-CARICOM Project is a mechanism established by the University of the West Indies (UWI) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat to help inform CARICOM’s decision making processes, Caribbean leaders and tertiary institutions on the range of issues and initiatives which inform Caribbean growth and development through integration.
What does UWI-CARICOM Project do?
This project provides the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the global population with pertinent perspectives on CARICOM and the work of its Secretariat through the provision of material, based on rigorous research contained in invaluable publications. In addition, the UWI-CARICOM Project has chosen Cultural showcasing as an avenue for exposing distinguishing attributes of the Caribbean people.
Caribbeanjobs.com will be highlighting the UWI-Caricom project within the Resource Centre of the site. Featured articles and research findings can be accessed by our visitors.
