The MBA programme at CTS College of Business and Computer Science has definitely been a challenging but rewarding experience for their students. The success of the programme at the college can be credited to the hard work, perseverance, support and teamwork of students and academic staff alike.
Since its inception in October of last year, there has been a steady improvement of performances in assignment and exam results. According to the Academic Director of CTS College Ravi Ragoonath, results for the last four modules ranged between 94 to 100 percent pass rates including our first High Distinction grade in April; an achievement he articulates would not be possible without the support students provide to each other. The environment at CTS College is one of teamwork and camaraderie where students study together and support each other every step of the way.
The faculty members at CTS College also play their part by providing proficient and dedicated lecturing services. Their commitment and support inspires students to achieve excellence even when it becomes challenging at times. The administrative staff provides both academic and moral support to students, during their many study sessions home cooked meals are sometimes prepared and served. According to Ragoonath, as much as possible we try to make students feel comfortable and at home, it makes a positive difference.
The classroom facilities at CTS were prepared to be as conducive as possible for post graduate learning, the arrangement of a conference style table and executive chairs emulate that of a conference room and prepares students for the corporate world in which some of them are being trained to enter.
