Duties & Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Conducts training of new staff where necessary or required
Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Tracking budget expenses and income
Handling and Overseeing petty cash at the relevant branch
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned my the company
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience
Previous experience in the medical Industry
Previous experience managing/supervising employees
Must be willing to treat patients well in high-stress situations
Must be willing to work flexible hours such as night shifts and/or weekends
