LOCATION: SAN FERNANDO

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: (i) Reports to: MANAGERS/SENIOR SUPERVISORS

JOB SUMMARY

Primary function includes answering and taking of delivery/pick-up orders via PBX System and Mobile Phones. Also receiving and packing of orders from our Delivery Service Provider. Processing of delivery/pick-up orders through POS Systems. Coordinating of orders placed on Whatsapp. Packing of customers' orders and collection of payments, and ensuring that their orders are correct and received in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have at least one (1) year’s relevant experience.

• Must possess sound secondary education.

• Must be computer literate.

• Must be able to multi-task.

• Must be kind, courteous, and efficient.
